1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Iron Pine Gym website (the "Site") and your membership and use of Iron Pine Gym ("Iron Pine," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 411 East Dinehard Lane, Suite G, McCall, Idaho. By accessing the Site or joining as a member, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Memberships

Membership plans, pricing, and features are described on our Memberships page. All memberships grant 24/7 facility access subject to these Terms. Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select. You may cancel or request a plan change at any time through your account or by contacting us. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Liability waiver

Use of Iron Pine Gym facilities and equipment involves inherent risk of injury. You participate at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any injury or loss. You agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Iron Pine Gym, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your use of the facility.

4. SMS text message program — terms & details

The following terms apply to the Iron Pine Gym SMS program. By opting in, you agree to these SMS terms.

By opting in to the Iron Pine Gym SMS program and providing your mobile number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS and MMS) from Iron Pine Gym at the number you provided.
Message frequency varies. Typical messages may include membership updates, gym announcements, event invitations, class reminders, promotions, and facility notices.
Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
To opt in, text the applicable keyword (for example, IRONPINE) to our program number, or check the SMS opt-in box during membership signup or in your account settings.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message, or text STOP to our program number. You will receive a single confirmation message confirming your removal from the program.

We may modify or terminate the SMS program at any time without notice.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to follow all posted facility rules and treat staff and other members with respect. Iron Pine may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or facility rules.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site or your membership after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
